Norie, Hope you had a great Birthday!

Nothing huge here guys... just realized I haven't shared this with you. My company has re-launched it's website as, what we hope to be, a rebirth of our value proposition. Next month we will be launching a marketing campaign targeting Product & Project Managers for software and other complex products in a variety of industries.

I litterally finished designing and coding this site last week. Thanks to Marie, the copy is in pretty good shape, (she helped proof read through it).

Take a look and let me know what you guys think: www.limina-ao.com

Much Love,

-Jon

Since the launch date, 2 weeks ago, we've gotten 660 page requests. That is twice the volume of page requests we previsoulsy received on a monthly basis.

The first part of our plan is to complete the whitepaper, which targets product managers that have realized that they are missing the a pragmatic approach to implementing usability practices.

Once that is finalized we will provided access to it from our website and send out direct mailers to our existing and potential clients, with a link ot the article.

The other part of our strategy is to partner with systems integration firms who do not have a specialty in usability practices. We have 2 such informal contracts 1)www.wipro.com and 2)www.diamondcluster.com. We'll see how it all goes.

So far things are looking good for us, we just signed a contract for 3/4's our total earnings for last year, and that's only with one client... so it could really be a big year if things go well! Thanks Guys! -Jon

The Latest on Leia Lately, Leia has been giving names to all of her stuffed animals, dolls, and any character in a book we come across without a name. They are very creative for the most part... Today, she named her doll from Aunt Marie and Aunt Kimie " Baby Jesus "!! I guess she remembered the name from when I told her the story of Christmas and it made an impression on her. I just had to share that with you all. I'm trying my best not to explode into laughter each time she says it. :) These days, Leia likes to run to yochien, and run home from yochien, and "race" me on the bike. She is a fast runner, and barely runs out of breath, and so someday, I expect her to visit Marie and Tim for the Boston marathon! Today, she actually ran out of breath, telling me, "There is no more air in my tummy! (Onaka ni kuuki ga nakunacchatta!)" She learned a song in yochien where they use the expression "gozansu" as a sentence ending. These days, she adds it ...

Jiji's paintings

Hi all, We had a productive day at Shiki yesterday and had the estimate for the move to the storage, where we will make the final labeling and preparation for shipment to the US. We will be back there a few more times before the move to storage on the 16th, Friday. There are a few more items I'd like for you all to look at, but since I don't have all the data collected, I'll send them in batches. Here are a few of Jiji's paintings I'm wondering if anyone is interested in. Please let me know! Thanks!
