Kaiea's first visit from the tooth fairy This is a quick post. Just wanted to quickly share that Kai lost his top front left tooth today. Several months back he had an accident where he hit that tooth on the floor and it cracked from the root. The dentist said it would be okay if he just ate carefully. Well after a few months of Kai eat ing carefully, the tooth started to become more and more loose. The past week has been pretty entertaining for him, grossing us out while he wiggled it around. Today, he came home from school with the tooth in a zip lock bag. He said he bit it in a weird way during lunch and had to rinse our his mouth... Then later during recess, when he was calling to his friend on the playground, it just fell onto his tongue. Maria, must have been psychic, because she sent Maile and Silvia (our au pair) to the buy a tooth pillow just before lunch.
